To maintain product quality and hygiene standards,
COPSE STUDIO does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances,
except when:

• The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival, or
• The item received is incorrect compared to your order.
  

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos for our review.

3. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for confirmed orders, unless the product cannot be delivered or an error occurs on our part. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
